Shipping and Returns
All customs and tax fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order, so you will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
All sales in the store are final.
All product orders are non-refundable once opened.
Damage to the product packaging upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of Royal Aesthetic , but rather of the carrier/transit period; therefore, refunds or exchanges will not be permitted.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products upon arrival. Royal Aesthetic is willing to provide solutions for broken products, not broken packaging, as long as this does not interrupt the use of the product itself. We will also provide a replacement item for up to 2 days after the "delivery" date. The customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping and labels.
All tweezers/metal products are manually tested and inspected before shipping. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds, but we are willing to send a replacement item within 2 days of the "delivery" date. The customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping and labels.
For sealed products, we will provide a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date. The refund will be initiated as soon as we receive the package and it has been inspected by our shipping department.
Again, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the costs associated with shipping and return labels.
We are not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or stolen during shipping. Please keep the postage receipt and/or the return tracking number when sending your returns.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Order Withdrawal Policy
Pickup Period: Customers can pick up their orders during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Eastern Time). We may be closed on some holidays. Please call the store for up-to-date information on operating hours.
Returns and Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or returned within 7 business days of the purchase date. You will not receive credit for returned orders.

After a product has been shipped and marked as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for stolen or lost packages. You will need to contact the shipping company directly with any questions or concerns. You can check the status of your order via the confirmation email you received when you placed your order in our store. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for stolen or lost packages.
